These terms cover the Busted informational website and early-access waitlist operated by Lahta LLC, United States.

A product in development

Busted is not yet publicly available. Features described as planned may change, and waitlist membership does not guarantee an invitation, a launch date, platform integration, or free access to a future service. Joining the waitlist involves no purchase or payment.

Joining and leaving

The waitlist is for adults 18 or older. Send an email from an address you control to request Busted availability updates. You can leave at any time by replying “remove me” or contacting founders@lahta.co. Do not submit someone else’s email address without permission.

Using this website

Do not use this website to abuse others, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful content. Please report vulnerabilities through our security page.

Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy explains how we handle visitor and correspondence information. External websites and email services have their own terms and policies. Busted is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Future app terms

The released app may have additional terms and consent screens appropriate to its actual features. We will make those available before you use the service. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
