Reply to a Busted email with “remove me”, or email founders@lahta.co from the address you used to join. We will stop availability updates and remove your active waitlist entry. You do not need a Busted account.

Delete a local prototype import

If you have access to the development prototype, use Disconnect and delete imported data. This removes the app’s local imported records and session credential. It does not remove the original export files you selected from Files or alter your Instagram account, likes, or saved posts. Delete your original files separately if you no longer want them.

Contact founders@lahta.co with the subject “Busted data deletion request”. Tell us which email address and information the request concerns. Do not include an Instagram password, full export, or identity document in your first message.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request is yours. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law and limited legal retention obligations. We will explain if we need additional time or cannot remove particular information.

Planned live-service retention

Before live imports launch, the service will retain your imported library until you remove it, withdraw permission or delete your account; remove it from active systems within 30 days of a verified request; delete live session copies within 24 hours after a game ends or becomes inactive; and expire deleted app data in backups within 90 days after active-system deletion. See the full retention rules, including current local-prototype behavior and limited legal exceptions. These server rules are commitments for the planned service, not an existing live backend.

What is available today?

There is no public Busted account system or live Instagram transfer service. This website does not hold your Instagram activity. Future in-app account, consent-withdrawal, and deletion controls will be described before those features launch.
